Is the ODay 322 the right boat for us?

I have to admit that I'm a Catalina fan, I've owned a 27', a 30' and now I was thinking about a 34'. The other day I started reading about the 322 and looking at some pictures, it looks very nice and modern, actually (in pictures) it does look very similar in size to a 34'. The are a couple for sale in the area ranging from 40k to 25k, and I read a lot of information about them on this site. We are moving from a catalina 30 because now with two kids we need more space. My questions are: Is the 322 really comparable with the Catalina 34 in terms of livability? Is there room to install refrigeration and an A/C unit? Thanks

I can't speak to comparisons with a Catalina, but I love my 322, and it's a terrific boat for my wife and I and our 21-y/o daughter (and two dogs). Our boat has onboard AC (in the portside lazarette), and I'm fairly confident that a fridge could be retrofitted in place of the icebox. Good sailing, good livabiliity. She's a keeper.
