Looks like mine is above the waterline

The cockpit drain thru-Hull and the keel trunk volcano are below waterline.

The top of the hoses for both, are above waterline.

That is why water doesn't pour into the boat from the top of the keel winch hose, or into the cockpit.

Why would you think that yours is somehow different than the other thousands of C22s made?

Because the bottom of the volcano hose, where it clamps on to the hull looks like it has been built up possibly a repair from some damage. The bottom of the hose is above the water line of the T-fitting hoses. Not a big deal… Just looks to me like it has been repaired.

Doesn't appear to be, but maybe it was. As you say, not a big deal either way if it doesn't leak.

I think that is obvious. Especially based on the OP planning to get new parts and install them
