My B-W power converter Model 3230ul is only putting out 11.54 volts to the battery out teminal (testing with the battery disconnected). It reads 12.47 volts at the bank of fuses. Is it time for a new charger and what do you recommend for a two battery bank. I have two 110 amp deep cycle batteries with an off-1-2-both switch.
