As much as I hate yellow jackets, I think it's an incredible picture. Now if it were a picture of a snake, I'd be right there with you.

I'm new to the site. I was a little surprised but not too frightened by the bee :) Seems kinda distinctive/odd but OK once you get over the initial shock. Is the bee the official mascot of the Beneteau owners community? BTW, does this home page picture change? It might get a little tiresome after a while.

welcome and the bee is our web host's creative work and will change after someone post's something interesting and Phil (web host) will put up a picture to go with the that forum post
BTW the home page picture is the same for all the boat brands and SailboatOwners.com
