iPhone's Panoramic Pic Feature

Here's a little sample of iPhone's new panoramic feature in the iOS update. Pretty cool. Have to keep steady though.

Hit "Options" in picture mode and it lets you choose. Gives you an artificial horizon and an arrow to stay straight. And you know what they say...the artificial horizon is better than the actual horizon

My not very new Android has that same feature. It can be fun, but the pics may stitch less than perfect from a moving platform like a boat.

For iPhones, it only works on the 4s and the 5 with the new IOS6 operating system.

Love my GoPro. Have a mount on the bow and stern rails. Going to buy the remote next so I can actually see what I am doing.

+1 on the GoPro. We mount on the radar mast and it catches the whole boat. Great for reviewing races.
