Inverter Problem On remote monitor

I have a Zantrex Freedom 2000-R inverter and for some resaon the display went blank. All my electric on the boat is working fine. I called the company and had no idea what the person was telling me. I'm a novice at this stuff. There is a reset switch on the inverter box or should I shut it off and then back on. I do have an owners manual but it make no sense?? Thanks to all

What went blank? That's unclear? There's no display on the box itself, do you have a remote monitor panel of some kind?
