No. Interlux 2000 barrier coat is an epoxy. The two parts chemically bond and cure. They are not like a paint that has some thinner evaporate to dry. Epoxies don't dry, they cure.
Keeping it well chilled might buy some time, but I wouldn't be optimistic.
I'm probably too late but if it is catalyzed, overnight in the freeze may work, but I would not hold my breath! Is it worth ruining a job over? How much is there? I normally only kick as much as needed, not sure I could get myself to do it actually.
