Intermittent depth readings

I waswondering if anyone else hasrun into this problem. I have the original depth, speed, wind, and keep having intermittent failures on my depth. I have no reading now on my wind speed.granted these things key inonce in agreat while.any ideas.????????

depth gauge intermitent reading can be cause by

growth on the transducer (especialy at the end of the season) You did not say if it has occured all summer or just recently. It could also be a faulty transducer.
