Interior Wood Touch Ups / Repairs

We love the look of the wood inside but it gets marked very easily.

Do Beneteau sell touch up kits for simple repairs? Also, has anyone ever done a complete refinish (sand, stain and varnish) as I would like to know how that went and the end results.
