I am moving up from a 1986-31' to a 1996-336'. I have noticed to new interior wood finishing on new Hunters and other manuf. is a water based varnish and it lookes and wears great. I would like to re-finish the floor and all wood trim in the 336 in the same varnish finish. Has anyone tried the same? Do I need to sand or use a chemical remover? What products and methods? Please advise. Thanks.
