Look in the archives, I purchased a new complete set from US Cushions ( I think) in Fla. They have all of the pre 1990 Hunter dimensions for a perfect fit at about 1/3 the price of custom. Great fabric selection too. shipping was only about $100. Still a great deal.
Look in your yellow pages, find upholstry shops, take the cushions to them, they can make exact replacements, and use fabrics that will be able to live a while in the marine enviroment. Ours are 11 years old, and are wearing just fine.
