Here Are Two Possibilites
Harbor Custom Canvas, Long Beach: 310/436-7708 or Custom Canvas of San Pedro: 310/833-7294. When we had new cushions made for our interior and re-stuffing of the salon leather in our 40.5, we used an upholsteror who had done home work for us. However, he used marine (anti-mildew) material and thread. For our exterior, we used a local marina guy. I don't have personal experience with the two I gave you, although I have heard of Harbor. If you want to use a local guy, try Rainbow Marine Canvas. I've used him for sail covers and dodgers and others I know have used him for interior cushions. Everyone has been very happy with his work, and he is always there when he says he will be, or calls to let you know of any problems or delays.
