Integration StandHorizon 2150 AIS & Coastal Explorer

Objective: Using my new Standard Horizon GX2150 Radio, Get AIS targets to show up on my computer running Coastal Explorer.

Current Status: I get some targets to show up well. However, when I go into look at the port logger, I see lots of framing errors on the AIS connection.. and time outs.. so the net effect is the targets are slow to update.

I have included my wiring diagram, and comm. Setups.

If you could share any insight on optimization of my setup, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi from what i understand if your gps is not Ais compatable your stuck with the wireing the way you have it. I wrote to standard H and thay gave me clear info.
