I have a leak, under certain circumstances, at the intake valve stem where it comes out of the intake valve cap, just under the valve handle.

When the valve handle is on flush, whether I am pumping or not, there is no leak. When I turn it to dry, whether I am pumping or not, a stream of water dribbles down from the stem. It has been getting worse with time.

Is the fix to replace the O rings on the intake valve body?

Although it should not matter with the intake valve, the holding tank venting is ok (The problem occurs even if the holding tank pump-out-fitting cap is opened.)

I get something like this with a new PHII. A little seawater dribble from under the "Flash / dry" control. Disappointing.

Follow the instructions "head master"--who btw is the tech services mgr at Raritan--gave to Allen. Since your toilet is new, it's still under warranty...so the parts won't cost you anything.
