Now that we have been pouring more and more money into our "boat on the hill." I have decided to get comprehensive/collision instead of just having liability. The USAA people, who now deal you to Progressive, said there are two ways to have full coverage on our 1981 Hunter. If the boat is ever totaled they can cut us a check based on the "blue book" value OR they can cut us a check for an agreed amount. Of course the agreed amount is more in premiums, but I am worried the "blue book" value would be a lot less than what we would need to replace the boat. What do you think???? Also, what is a good site to find the blue book value. Barnes and Noble did not have any literature of the sort.
