A while back, maybe 8 months or longer, there was a project using Fence Rail, plastic, for mounting instruments at the pedestal..Can anyone point me in the right archive? Thanks Ed

Ed, here is a Related Link that I think will answer your questions. I also have Tom's pictures here on my PC if you do not see what you are looking for. I built the same panel but mounted it differently. I bought an offset bar from TIQ($100.) and bolted it directly to the bar. I also inserted a 2x2 in the top and bottom of the fence rail. This gave my instrument screws something to grab.
