Seaward Products makes a replacement Engine Control Panel and will sell you the gauges as well. Last winter I replaced my panel, but re-wired all of the old gauges. I also replaced the engine harness as well. The new panel has a new high temp alarm as well as all new warning lights and buzzers. You can also buy any of the gauges from West Marine or other distributors as they are made by Teleflex. I should add I have an 89 Cat 30, Catalina might have made some changes over the years.
