I am planning to installe a diesel GENSET & a AC 12000 BTU in my Beneteau 351 1994. Any how to? Any pictures?

I think you're trying to have your cake and eat it, too. A diesel genset and AC on a 35 footer, in the BVI? Good luck with that.
Well, I have a Coronado 25 and I installed a 5000 BTU A/C inside cabin..and I tell you that it is working find. I will take some picture and post them for you to see that everything is posible.
Now days there are some Gen-Set really compact, like Nextgeneration Co. are good size and small weight that can be isntalled in a Beneteau without prolem. check some: www.nextgenerationpower.com

What's possible is not the issue. The issue is would I want to be stuck inside the cabin of a boat, a slave to the AC. I just don't see the point, but then, I live in SoCal and sail in the Pacific Ocean. We sometimes want a little heat cause that water is cold and it makes the air cooler and dryer. I was in Florida once, Tampa Bay, walking around a small marina. The place seemed deserted, until someone told me everyone was below, hanging out in the AC.

I live in Venezuela..and can be very hot over here some time, especially in night time with not wind. I just bought the Beneteau 351 in March 2010 and then i will sell the coronado 25. I had the coronado 25 for 15 years olready and this little boat i installed every you could imagine. But Beneteau has a carry-on A/C but it get someout hard or dificult for me to install everytime the A/C in the hatch so i was thinking a fixed A/C to make live a little easier.
