This is one way to pull your engine...the picture raises more questions than it answers....at least for me......

Well that's one way of doing it. I like the use of the snow blower for a counterweight, nothing sketchy about that at all. I like the look on the dog's face way over the left, I can just see a thought bubble - "It's amazing humans have survived evolution."

This looks treacherous...and I can’t figure out if this photo represents an Ooh-Rah or an Uhh-Ohh moment. I have the z-axis figured out, with the exception of how the bail toggle is going to be reversed on the come-along and the winch handle ratcheted down whilst hanging over the side of the boat or worse on a ladder. I’m also struggling with the use of the “U” notch in a thinned part of the tree as a fulcrum and a pivot point.
I usually try to be helpful in similar large projects...but I would definitely sit this one out...with a GoPro in my hands. Perhaps that’s what the rocking chair is for.

Me too. The whole thing reminds me of a Rube Goldberg cartoon. But in a way it's folk art. There's a intrinsic drama there. Will the snow blower be catapulted? Who did the math on the length of the lever. How are they going to get the engine to the ground? How are they then going to get the snow blower down? Why is granny in the rocker? What happens if the lashing on the snowblower end slips off the boom? Lots of questions here.

Wile not "punkin chunkin", it might well be deamed a "blower thrower".
