Checkout my photo essay

In May 2000 I posted a photo essay on the installation of this prop on a h40.5. Your installation is probably similiar. I have added the link below to the photos. Regarding the pitch in fwd and rev, I can't help you. If you bought the prop from a dealer they should have set the pitch for you. As a starting point, you could find out what prop pitch is recommended for your engine/transmission in a fixed 3-blade model. Knowing the gear ratios for fwd and reverse should let you calculate the reverse pitch if you knowthe forward pitch. If this is too dificult, you could send an email to Seahawk and ask them for a recommendation. Lucky for you the prop is adjustable in the water. How long can you hold your breath......? (sorry, I couldn't resist) BTW, the prop is EXCELLENT!!

Patrick, send me your email and I will send pix

I am listed in the owners directory- If you send me a message I will have your address and I will send you the pictures. The ones that are apparently corrupted show details of the shaft modification that I had to make before installation. BTW, I looked for your email in the owners directory and I could not find a listing for you. If you are not listed you might want to consider adding your info so other owners can contact you without you having to publish your email address online.
