Pulled my Caribe inflatable to clean the bottom and do some minor repair. When I got it home I found out, I think, that there is water in one of the air chambers. Has anyone experienced this and if so how did they get the water out??!!
It happened to me. I bought a new air plug fitting, removed the old one and used a small oil hand pump. I also flipped the dinghy around until I was sure that all the water was out. Glued in the new fitting and done.
I could have cut a small hole on top and insert the small tube made to go into the dipstick hole and then patch it. Didn't think of that until afterwards.
