Has anyone used a thin 6 inch inflatable mattress in their cabin and found it more comfortable to sleep on than the foam cushion material that comes with the boat?

We use the Memory foam that I got at Ball-Wart. Its kind of spendy but works great. Because it's latex, it keeps you cool. If you buy it, get at least the 2". Comes in all the regular bed sizes . And some bed sheets.

Yes..... I bought a cheap one at Target a few years back.... I like it.... much more comfortable than the foam. But here's the deal...... it's hot! The vinyl prevents air circulating underneath you. So you need a mattress pad... the quilted type.
My suggestsion is to get an inexpensive one and try it out. I paid less than $20 for the one I have. They're good for a few years of nominal use. If you like it, consider getting a more expensive one. I used the blower side of my wet vac to pump it up in about 30 secs. I also used the vacuum side to deflate it.... much faster.. and you can get it real flat.
This past year I haven't used it.... just got lazy I guess, because I've only been getting down to the boat for short stints. For a couple days or more the air mattress is nice.

ANYTHING is more comfortable than the foam cushions that come with boats LOL.....air is awesome and memory foam helps as well....i wopulod epresume that together air and memory foam would be totally awesome LOL.......
