I am searching for a better solution to inflate my air deck 7psi and inflatable 4psi. Right now we are using a foot pump for all chambers. We like to find a better way do it fast and quiet as possible. I looked at the Coleman quick pump http://www.coleman.com/coleman/ColemanCom/subcategory.asp?CategoryID=10060 and wonder if they can do the job?

I use a cheap loud

pump marketed to blow up float toys and air mattresses w/12v lighter plug end. It fills up 90% of the chambers on my 8 foot dingy in one to two minutes, then the foot pump finishes the job.

Look for an LVM High Speed Inflator (LVM is the makes's name). This is a 12 volt pump which draws 25 amps and produces 3 psi. (approx $128). Not cheap but does the job in about 2 minutes. You will still need to top up your air deck with a hand or foot pump. Alternatively look for one of the hand "stirrup pump" types. These are a fat plastic version of the old fashioned upright tire pumps. WM probably have both.
