I gave my boat a name today - it was an easy choice since it’s a Point Jude boat and I’m an old Beetles fan

Poseidon is one of the twelve Olympians in ancient Greek mythology, presiding over the sea, storms, earthquakes and horses. He was the protector of seafarers and the guardian of many Hellenic cities and colonies.
Granted, "Hey Jude" is a grand lyrical name. She is 16 feet in length, and by your admission your seafaring experience "no sailing experience", the name change may not yet have been noticed by the powers that rule the waters.
