In need of a schematic for an Autohelm 800 or 1000

I am in need of a schematic for an Autohlem 800 or 1000. The unit only turns to one direction. Hopefully something simple like a driver transistor or diode. If I can locate a schematic it would be a whole lot easier to try to resolve. I have searched the web, but so far only links that prove to be a dead end (link no longer active). Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Have you tied calling their company in New Hampshire? I have an Autohelm 1000 ST + that I bought new and I don't recall getting a schematic with it. In fact, I started out with an AH 800 and I loved it better than the 1000, but they discontinued it and parts were no longer available for the 800. I really hated to throw it out.

I'm right there with you, Cabby! My boat spent three days on the bottom over a year ago. The diesel lived, the boat is better than new now, but I can't get my Autohelm to work. Been searching for a schematic for months with no luck. I'll let you know if I find anything. My local tech wants to dig into it for me--likely for more $ than it's worth!

Thanks Joe & Mookie B. I called Raymarine. Customer support couldnt help me, but did transfer me to repair. I spoke with one individual and he said he would look for one and get back to me. My fingers are crossed. I think mine problem may be an easy fix.

Well Raymarine didnt help, I posted a similar message on another forum board and got some help from another sailer from Colorado. Anyway I have a schematic for an older vintage Autohelm 2000 &/or 3000. From what I can see, it will help me quite a bit. It is not identical to my AH 800, but the drive circuit looks very close to what I have. If you want a copy of what I have, respond with your email address or PM me.
