Well, here is what happens to things of this nature here. I guess. Dude cut it up with a chainsaw, and says he does something with the lumber. Sure enough the mahogany is an inch and a half thick, but still...

your picture seems to imply you might be near the yard, is there any chance you can find out exactly what kind of sailboat that little tuggy looking one in the back is? i'm curious...

You must be talking about one of those earlier photos with that motor sailor in the background. Strikes me as a Gulfstar, but I don't know for sure. I've never really fooled with it, it's just another hill derelict in my opinion. Owner keeps the hill bill paid, so who knows.

That blue hulled boat in my last picture is a Seafarer as I remember. Same story. I have no clue as to why some people just let their boats rot on the dirt pile..
