INTERNAL LINES
Question: does your aft section of the boom have more than one internal sheaves, if it has three, the center one is for the main outhaul, the other two is for jiffy reefing, Question: does you fwd section of the boom sets of clam cleats or additional sheaves, also 3/8" access holes for lines to be snaked through. If your boom has these features then you have the capability of jeffyreefing. what you may need is a securing ring approx. 2 1/2 ft fwd of aft sheaves tosecure your 1st reef line to, the line go's up to the aft 1st reef pt. on the sail, back down to the aft boom sheave then inside the boom through the 3/8" access hole thru the cleats or sheaves then up to the fwd 1st reef pt. on the sail, then down to the hook on the fwd boom, the 2nd peef line does the same thing as the first, using the other remainding aft sheave and the other side of the fwd boom thru the cleats or sheaves up to the 2nd reef pt. back down to the ther hook, to activate the reef sys. lower you main halyard, grab the desired (color coded ) reef line, and pull all excess line thru the open end of the aft of boom and cleat off on a cleat you may have to add on the bottom of the boom near the securing ring, this works for me!
