Nope...no "one size fits all" kits available
Your toilet is a Brydon Boy, which was a Canadian version of the Par/Jabsco manual toilet, built under a licensing agreement...it's been obsolete for at least 15 years...no parts still available, so your best bet will be to replace it. The cheapest option would be a Jabsco manual 29020 for about $100, but don't expect it to last anywhere near as long as your Brydon has...about 5 years is the max they last today. I recommend you go with the Raritan PH II (or PHC--which is the same pump on a compact base--if space is too tight for the PH II), which has been rated the best manual toilet under $500 (it's about $225) for several decades. Your best source for a tank is Ronco Plastics...the make top quality tanks for a very reasonable price and have more than 400 molds to choose from, over 100 of which are non-rectangular. Their catalog is on their website at http://www.ronco-plastics.comHose: SeaLand OdorSafe. It's expensive, but the only hose that's bulletproof against odor permeation.
