Justin - O'day Owners' Web

Hi all - With regret, I report to the members of the board that due to the increasing pressures of my fledgling law practice, I will be relinquishing the role of moderator of O'day Owners on June 30, 2003. Trevor, excelling in his role on the Catalina side of the site, will be stepping in for me. Thank you to everyone who has contributed for the last three years. The forum has become a fantastic resource for sailors all over. I have had a lot of fun and learned a ton. Justin

Don't Be A Stranger Justin...

I can appreciate the pull of work and duty, and one has to reprioritize your life once and awhile. Your presence on this site has been a constant source of knowledge, wisdom and wit and I have always enjoyed your posts. All the best to you in your future endeavours. Take very good care, Justin. It's Been A Pleasure Justin

And like Don said, don't be a stranger. IN appreciation of all your hard work, I'll have a cold drink in your honor this evening. If you ever find your self lost in the Southeast, give me a shout and we'll get you out in the Gulf of Mexico. Ben Allen Montgomery, AL "Latte Dah" O'Day 26

Is now a good time for an Attorney Joke

Justin, You have become a great friend, and I still have yet to meet you. I don't think I am the only one that feels that way. However, I know you will not venture far from this site as you have sailing in your blood and I have no doubt that we will continue to see posts from you. Just don't waste billable hours or portions thereof. I still have a note on my desk to make you an unbreakable tiller tamer. I am sure this won't happen until fall. Fair winds and make time for Casco Bay..... It will keep life in perspective, r.w.landau

Justin, fair winds

I have always checked out your postings even when I had little interst in the topic because you have always been honest, fair and... interesting. Seems like all the "old-timers" are leaving us and I find myself skimming the posts rather than answering as I used to do. Nonetheless, sailboatowners.com is a great place and I will miss your input, even though I once called you a "Nazi" a couple of years back. God speed, Tom Ehmke
