It doesn't look like the right underbody, Jon. Give the broken cigar back.that is a rozinante. from the book 'the complete cruiser' by herreshoff a must read for this crowd.

dammit, i am wrong, again. they say you learn from your mistakes, if that were true, i would be the smartest man in the world.
The boat is a Tumlaren, originally built in 1941. I am told there was no brass due to the war, so it originally was fastened with metal screws, which, of course, rusted out. This boat is being restored at the Buffalo Maritime Center.
