Identify this boat

Can some one identify this boat. and would it make a good live aboard for one.

Boats are inherently small spaces. Certain boats with that configuration can work, but the split cabins only makes two much smaller cabins on that footprint. How long is the boat?

the guy said its 30 foot, it has a Diesel, wheel steering, yawl rig, twin fuel tanks, sleeps 6, marine head, holding tanks, fresh water system. been searching the net and found a website that had dimensions for an Elk 30 but can't find anything else.
