I am assuming this is trailerable. I am more than curious, I'm actually interested in something simple and more stout than my current craft. This looks to be fixed keel and dryer than what I sail with my kids. Many thanks! photo is a google 360 at a nearby marina. The photo was taken a few years back not by the sailboats owner.

Resembles a CD Typhoon Daysailer but the rear deck looks longer than a Typhoon..

It could be a customized Pearson Ensign 22. It looks like an Alberg design for sure.
Curious to know if you have found out anything.
