Identification

I was hoping that someone out there could identify this boat and tell me a little about it. I was anchored near it on lake Michigan last week. I think it would make a very nice lake boat for my family. I have never seen anything like it before so was looking for some help on where to start research and any input. We currently have a Catalina 25 on Clark's Hill Lake in Georgia. I think this would make a very nice lake day sailor. Thoughts?

how big is it? I think we've seen one like it at our local boat show in the past few years. That one was pretty small but adorable as this one is.

I think it was a little smaller than my 25. So a 22 maybe?
