Identification or old Jib sheet block and track.

Trying to find information about this piece of hardware.Came off of a Tanzer 25 sailboat.

Hard to say but it looks like a sheet pulley that sits on a track so you can adjust the angle of the sheet on the foresail. That spring loaded block looks like it's sitting on a track car with a locking mechanism hidden by your finger.

Or are you asking who the Canadian manufacturer was for this block?

There are less expensive options but here is the "gold standard"

Do a search for "jib block" and you will get a lot of choices.
