I have an old O'day that belonged to my grandfather, but im not sure of the modle name. It looks similar to the Super Swift but the cockpit is not as deep(mine has a shallow cockpit only about 4-5 inches deep. Other than that the shape is similar with a thin bow and it is a lateen rig. I have mosly everthing needed to sail it with minor exeptions. The hull leeked last time it was sailed and is full of loose foam. It leeks on the rail were the deck meets the hull. If anyone has any idea of what kind of boat this is or how it can be repaired let me know.

O'Day made a few boats like the one you describe. There was the Super Swift at 12', the Minisail at 13'8" and the Flying Saucer at 15' 2". Got to this link for a few pics, http://www.shortypen.com/brdboat/ Hope this helps, J

Its smaller

This boat i have is smaller than those three. But it does look similar in shape and rig to the super swift. This gives me reason to believe its a regular swift, but i can't find any info on that modle. Thanks
