So, it needs relatively deep water

isn't meant to be moved and isn't designed for rough conditions.

Where exactly will this thing be used?

It is really more of a barge than a boat and is hauled out before winter freeze-up. Think high end oil platform without the machinery.

Also boarding ladders at each corner or side. if you go for a swim how do you get back on board?

A central atrium provides natural light, and windows below the waterline provide a view of the scenery.

In all the hypothetical pictures or renderings I see that include a sailboat, the sails are always up at anchor.
And an iceberg houseboat is great if your marina is dredged to 20' up to the boat haul.

Windows get as scummy as the rest of the bottom of the boat and I don't do windows. ;)

I used to have a fish tank and to clean the sides we had two magnets one with a pad on it. you would put one on either side of the glass and move it around and it would clean the tank. I think that would be an easy way to keep the windows clear.

That was my first invention when I was 16 years old. After inventing it, I went to a local aquarium store to tell them about it. Then they told me to look on isle 3 and there was 5 different types and brands that they carried.

RAD What did you "invent" that was already invented?

I have found it best not to tell people I am an inventor. For some reason no one can take an "inventor" serious. And it has a hint of craziness to it.
There is this show called shark tank. I applied last year. They called me back a few weeks ago and asked me to make a five minute video about my inventions. They even asked me not to use the word invention. They said always use the word product. So now I am an "importer of patented fitness products". that sounds like a pretty serious title? right? lol
