Those of you who are IC27A members have recently recieved a proxy ballot with proposed bylaws changes in the mail. Unfortunately, the proxy was presented in a format that is confusing and difficult to read (at least to me). It is also lacking in interpretive material that can help you see what motivates the changes and what effects they may have. Last week I had a lengthy converstaion with Bruce Johnson, a long time C-27 owner, racer, and former IC27A Mainsheet Editor. For my part, I'm a former IC27A technical editor, vice president and president. We talked about the proposed changes and some of what we decided may surprise you.
