I am victorious...the fecal flyers have been defeated thanks to Bird Barrier. From 8- 10 per week, believe it or not there are none/zilch. They ain't sittin on my spreaders no more!!
Call Coneys Marine in Huntington NY & they will hook you up with bird-x which is spikes on the spreaders & the top of the mast -- i had it installed when i bought the boat for about $200 & i never had a bird problem
I had a grackle (a blackish-greenish noisy bird) fly full-tilt into my mast this morning. I guess he was a spring break bird and was trying to impress another bird...Anyway, he now brings a new meaning to the term "seafood dinner".
