Wondering what is the simplest way to get regular, ac wall outlet christmas lights working on my boat. I have solar and lithium battery setup, 12v. I do have an inverter, but I do not want to turn it on just for some Christmas lights.

I cant seem to find any 12v christmas light... and if I do they are kinda lame.

Since it is such a small load, is there a tiny ac to dc adapter or something that could work, or some work around?

If this is not possible does anyone know where I can find decent 12v xmas lights. Looking for small set maybe like 15 lights or something for my deck and also some for the cabin. multicolored or even amber or purple.

Thanks!

What about a cigarette lighter style small inverter? We have a cheap one that’s rated for something like 100 watts. That’s probably enough for a set of LED lights. I wouldn’t run it unattended as cigarette lighter style plugs can corrode and not make a great connection, but for some ambiance when you’re on the boat it should work.
