Check out the Long tandem Aluminum boat trailers. They're built down there in the Carolinas. I own a 4600lbs Long flat bunk tandem trailer with extra long bunk supports for my O'Day 222. This trailer will take a 23 foot sailboat. You can also get this trailer with rollers that are set up for keel centerboard sailboats. I really like this trailer. It gives my boat great support and is very simple to set up. If you go with the cloth bunks, you only need to install a couple of PT sandwiched planks for your keel to sit on. It would help if this trailer had an extending tow bar, but I'm able to get my boat on and off at our club ramp with no proplem.
