I need a teak traveler mounting block.

I decided to replace my OEM traveler on my 1984 Catalina 30 with the flat mid boom traveler upgrade from Catalina Direct. It's an impressive piece of equipment. Unfortunately, the starboard teak block it mounts on is split and rotted inside. I think it is called a horse block. I have searched the internet and can't find replacement teak parts. The starboard railwood could also stand to be replaced.
Does anyone know of a source for replacement teak parts?

Save some $$. Instead of buying through CD, go directly to Garhauer.

Too late for that. Where can I find teak parts?
It is the same traveler with different mounts. Buy the Metal Deck mounts and get rid of the teak. Never mess with it again.

I will be replacing mine as well. I opted for the metal mounts. If you are willing to wait a bit I can send you my blocks. They are in great shape for a 1986.

I just upgraded my traveler. You can have my teak blocks for the cost of shipping. They're in fair condition (no rot).

The flat traveler is a fantastic upgrade. Garhauer may be willing to swap out the mounts. Deck mount is better. Let me know if you want the teak.

I'll take them. I didn't want to drill more holes in the cabin top, so I chose the teak mount. Then the block fell apart in my hands. How do you want to do this? I can send you a check for the shipping. Contact me at rklemenc@ameritech.net or 216 375-3958. Thank you.
