Hi H26 owners. I'm an hour from the boat and I forgot to take a measurement. I purchased a nice stout piece of white oak to replace the companion way cross bar... (mine is cracked). But I forgot to measure the length of the bar.

Does anyone know their's

My boat is here at the house. I’ll walk down to the shop and get that for you when the rain lets up a bit..

looks like 39 1/8 39 1/4 won’t hurt a thing

That piece must overlap the ridges that the slider slides over and make sure you caulk that entire bottom of the board

You might try repairing with epoxy and refinishing, that is what I did with my teak hatch trim which cracked.

I glued it once before. It cracked again. I could try one more time but I think I'd like to actually make it a bit wider. It is now about 1" wide and I think 1.5" would feel better on the hands.

FWIW I did my repair once with Gorilla glue and after a few years it broke again. I did it the second time with epoxy and you cant see where it was...
