I know these forums are not meant for sale posts, but I am if anyone is looking for an awesome 310 mine is for sale. Currently in Norfolk, VA I have to move back to Texas due to family reasons and I need to sell her rather than move her to San Antonio for obvious reasons (lack of water). One owner boat, I went down to Largo to watch her on the assembly line and have pics of that. PM me for link to website.

Sorry for you impending loss Ken. I'm not in market, already have one and it may end up on the chopping block as the fiscal cliff destroys my business and my investments.

I just sold my C310 about a month ago using a broker. Tried for about a month on my own. Once with a borker it was under contract within 2 weeks of the lisitng and closed 3 weeks later. Wonder how much $ I left on the table since she went so fast, but I priced it based on comparable 310 sales within the past year, so I figure it ws a fair deal on both sides.

What do you do you mean no water in Texas? You are surrounded by plenty of sailing lakes. I also have of plenty boat neighbors who live and work in San Antonio Dallas Austin who make it down to their boat more then me. Who keep their boats here in Kemah for weekend sailing on to Galveston Bay.
