but I am an orphan. Last July I bought an Albin MS82. Since then I have
searched via the net for any other MS82's here in Canada. One of the former
owners remember "hearing" about one in WA. I have found an outdated for
sale listing in Florida (I think).

Anyone know of any other Albin 82MS in N.America? I know there are heaps of
then in Europe.

I'm here because this (the Vega) is closer than any other Albin model to
mine. Flimsy excuse but your stuck with me -)

There are actually about 5 boats in the group that have sail rigs on
them. They don't sail very well, some say about as good as a paper bag
going down wind, but they do sail. We did have an M82 on the list for a
while but he has since sold his boat and the new owner new came by. I have
an old factory sales brochure for the Albin line with the MS82
listed. Can scan it for you, if you like.
