I have a C&C 30 Mk I with a manufacturing date of 1972.

Everything I've read states that production of the C&C 30 M I didn't start until 1973.

Hmm.

It's not just a mistake on the documentation, either. The small metal plaque in the rear of the cockpit reads 1972.

And the sail number is 572, as well.

Any insight into this would be appreciated. She is def. not a Redwing.
