I was wondering if there is a name for the small fixture that the anchor chain passes through to get into the chain locker?
Something like this maybe...

The Hunter 260 owners manual defines it as "navel pipe."

Not a hawse pipe- that normally goes through a hulll side or bulwark. pic shows a deck pipe or naval pipe. More commonly called a deck pipe though, since it goes through the deck.

it is a hawse pipe fitting.is name of it when purchased .. mine is a perko product. i actually have 2 on my boat, as i have 2 windlasses.
the hawse holes are the fittings on the bow thru which the chain passes on its way to the ocean from the deck. those can have horns, which make cleats, also. i have both plain and horned hawse hole fittings on my formosa.

I must agree, it is a deck pipe. However I have heard it referred to as a hawser pipe, and if you Google "hawser pipe" you will see images like the OP has as well as oval ports that go through the side at the bow.

So no prize for me. Send it to TSBB.
