After much searching and research ( thanks to th ehelp on this forum) i put my deposit down on a H23.5 lying in Derrwent Marina (UK). The Test Sail today was great and met my epxectations to the T, she did heeel easily but was easy to contrrol in a moderate wind F3/4 today....
Next steps are a survey on monday then all bing good we can be out next weekend on her, ned to give her a good clean and find where the tiller extension has gone but apart from that she is ready to go...
Planned improvments are
- Stern Rails/seats
- Addtional electronics , depthsounder is on bu t id like a wind and boat speed-O
- Cockpuit cushions and re do the internal cushions and curtains
Anyone got any other good suggestions for reasonabely prioced improvments ?
The lazyjack installed was a supruse i didnt relaise it was on and made for easy packing awya at the end of the day, having nearly all the controal at hand from the cockpit is great.
