I got tired of looking at snow this past week. So I built this little cabinet for the v-berth on my Precision 23. It's made of ply with a teak door and trim. I put a shelf mid-cabinet. This was fun project to pass away the time waiting to get back on the water.

Ross Three weeks? I wished, the ice probably won't be melted in three weeks. I will be lucky if it is warm enough to start working on the boat by April 10th.

Nice job! How do you like the Precision 23? How do you use it? Cruise? Race? Do you have a trailer? I saw the Precision line at the Strictly Sail show in Philly a few years ago and liked them.

I really like it. I've not owned others to compare it to, but it sails well & makes me happy. I have a trailer, but I only use it twice a year, once in, once out. I like cruising & day sails. I single-hand most of the time, and it's great for that.

I had to get out last Sunday for a couple of hours, temp in the low 40's, but it was worth it. May be up in the 50's later this week "oh happy days."
