I am looking for a cabin hatch cover for Windrose 18.

Mine was missing when I acquired the boat and I have it covered using 'Alien' tape and a piece of tinted lexan but it doesn't open easily then. They have hatch covers on Amazon but they're all made for flat surfaces and won't accommodate the curvature of the bow.

A good photo would help.

Acrylic (Plexiglass) can be heat molded to fit. Check with a local plastics company. It is unlikely that you will find an exact replacement off the shelf.

Another option is to build a frame around the opening to get a flat surface and then use an off the shelf hatch.

I did use a heat gun to get the Lexan to fit the curvature of the bow. It's just that the design is such that I kind of need an original if I am going to make it open and be watertight. Perhaps I need to scour boat junk yards.
