The trailer was designed to the boat with long bunk boards. Make sure you have four supports and dual axle with a keel tray for the centerboard to rest on ( make sure about this). If you can locate a Hunter 260 trailer, then copy that as it is the same hull as the 26. You might try contacting Magic Tilt as they built the trailers for the 260 but your trailer was built by Hunter itself. However, if you have never done this before, I would suggest buying a new one. Road King via sailors trailers has the specs for a new trailer but doubt they will share plans from a liabiltiy stand point. They can sell you one. As for me, this is good advice to you sir. I was involved with the Hunter water ballast boats to include the 26 to include the buidling of the trailer
